How to choose your size
Measure the circumference of your thigh, 15cm above the centre of the kneecap while standing with the leg relaxed.
- Extra Small: 33–39 cm
- Small: 39–47 cm
- Medium: 47–53 cm
- Large: 53–60 cm
- Extra Large: 60–67 cm
- XX Large: 67–75 cm
Measure carefully before ordering. When your measurement falls directly between two sizes, your clinician can advise which fit is most appropriate based on the level of compression and support required.
Using the brace
The brace should sit securely around the knee without causing numbness, changes in skin colour or excessive pressure.
Pull the sleeve over the foot and position the opening centrally over the kneecap. The hinges should sit along each side of the knee before the straps are secured.
